An abstract visual essay, celebrating the craftsmanship and materials behind Marset’s Discocó lamp.
For the Discocó we chose to reflect on wood as a raw material. The machine transforms it from something industrial into something beautiful – an offering to the lamp.
The white background highlights the physical presence of the machine. Rather than working with a commercial format, we explored the tangible properties of the lamp to create a unique, artistic visual language.
